Xie Fuzhan, commissioner of China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), is expected to release news about national economic performance of 2007 at a press conference scheduled for 10 am on Thursday.
Main indicators on national economy of 2007 are expected to be unveiled.
The NBS calendar said it would release Statistical Communique 2008 on February 28, but it also mentioned this was a preliminary schedule and might be adjusted.
Besides the press conference on the economic situation for 2007, press conferences on national economic performance will be held on April 17, July 17 and October 21. |
